These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services offered by Reach More, a sole proprietorship operated by Rahul Singla ("Reach More", "we", "us"), by any business or individual that engages us ("you", "the customer"). By asking us to build a preview, subscribing to a plan, or making a payment to Reach More, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the service is
Reach More builds, and on paid plans hosts and maintains, websites for small businesses in India. The process is conversational: you tell us about your business over a phone call or on WhatsApp, we build a website for that business, and we send you a private preview link. If you subscribe, we continue to host the website and make reasonable changes on request.
2. A preview is not a purchase
Sending you a preview link does not create a paid subscription, a contract for ongoing service, or any payment obligation. A preview is a draft for your review. No fees are owed unless and until you agree to a paid plan and make a payment. We may take down or stop maintaining an unpurchased preview at any time.
3. Subscription and billing terms
Reach More currently offers three plans:
- Starter — no setup fee, ₹499 per month, billed monthly in advance.
- Business — a one-time setup fee of ₹2,999, followed by ₹999 per month, billed monthly in advance from the date of setup.
- Buyout — a one-time fee of ₹10,000, with no ongoing monthly charge.
Domain registration charges are separate from all plans and are quoted and billed individually when a domain is purchased. Monthly plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. What you own under each plan
Under the Starter plan, the website is hosted on a Reach More subdomain and remains hosted and operated by Reach More; you do not receive the source code. Under the Business plan, the website runs on your own domain and Reach More continues to host and maintain it; you do not receive the source code while the subscription is active. Under the Buyout plan, we deliver the website's source code deployed to your own domain, and you own that code outright, with no ongoing service, hosting or update obligation from Reach More.
5. Intellectual property
Reach More owns the underlying design components, templates and code we developed before or independently of your project, and may reuse them for other customers. On the Starter and Business plans, the specific website we build for you may be used and displayed only for your business for as long as you subscribe. On the Buyout plan, ownership of the delivered website code transfers to you on full payment.
Any logo, photograph, text or other material you supply to us remains your property; you confirm you have the right to give it to us, and you allow us to use it solely to build and operate your website. We do not claim ownership of your business name, brand or content.
6. Acceptable use and lawful business only
You agree to give us accurate information about your business and not to ask us to publish content that is false, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise unlawful. Reach More builds only lawful, legitimate business websites, and we may refuse or discontinue work for a business or content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
7. Limitation of liability
Reach More provides websites and hosting on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reach More's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, revenue or data, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
8. Suspension for non-payment
If a payment for a monthly plan is not received when due, we may suspend the website's hosting and public availability until payment is made. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you on WhatsApp or by email before suspension. Continued non-payment may result in termination of the subscription and removal of the hosted website.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mohali, Punjab.
10. How these Terms change
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or the law. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For a change that materially affects an active subscription, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know on WhatsApp or by email.
